Keep workshop records, repairs and owner notes together across vehicle brands and garages. Agree work, retain original documents and choose what reaches your continuing Vehicle Passport. Manufacturer service books remain separate; every record keeps its source label.
Independent workshops and dealers can contribute to the same vehicle record with your permission. Private costs, notes and billing details are kept separate from the history that can continue with the vehicle.
Upload and review
Upload an invoice or supporting document, review an itemised quote and keep the agreed work together. A workshop confirms only work it carried out. Uploading a document does not verify its contents.
Continue the Passport
With the holder's consent, evidence is added as a workshop-confirmed event on the same Vehicle Passport. This does not update a manufacturer service book.

Uploaded, OCR-read, human-checked, workshop-attested and Passport- published are distinct states. The official DriveStable crest identifies the issued Passport; it never converts unverified evidence into fact.
